đź«–Brewing Method
1. Tea-to-Water Ratio: 1:20 to 1:50.
2. Rinse the Tea: Use 95°C (203°F) boiling water to awaken the tea leaves and remove impurities, then discard the water.
3. Brew the Tea: Add 85°C (185°F) water with a high pour, steep for 45 seconds, and quickly decant. Increase the steeping time by about 5 seconds for each subsequent brew.
